Abstract
The study investigated the influence of hidden lean practice in the
construction industry to develop methods, which can be used to lead lean
practice in the South African construction industry. Lean practice is
described as a production system used to minimize waste of materials,
time, and effort to produce the maximum possible amount of value to
benefit the client and other stakeholders.
