Concrete has been used throughout history and is one of the direct mediums in which a sculptor can work. Previous research has been done on concrete casting and multiple modelled pieces. However, the lack of satisfactory literature on modelling concrete on large sculptural frameworks has led to the motivation and importance of this research project. Sculptors usually obtained data by relying on published articles and exchanging information by word of mouth with engineers and builders, which is often contradictory, leaving the sculptor confused and more prone to making costly mistakes.en_US
